Excellent location in the quiet Hutong, but poor shower pressure. Unique experience overall.

The breakfast was reasonably good with many options. We had a quiet and inviting room in the big building. The location was unbeatable and charming, in awesome unique area that was very fun to explore, convenient to go everywhere. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Modern and unique room with good size bathroom. Awesome, great location in Dongcheng district just off a combination of old, subway, restaurants, main streets, and Bell and Drum Towers, and temples. Easy check in and late check out.

Highly recommend for adventurous travelers

I experienced staying in a beautiful spacious room with a modern vibe yet distinctly local flair. The staff were so cute, always ready to suggest places to explore and one even provided me with a local SIM card for my phone.

We were in an absolutely perfect location not very far from Mao'er Hutong. The breakfast was healthy and substantial, the check in was easy.

I had an exceptional stay! The dim sum breakfasts were outstanding, and the cocktail bar had an impressive selection. My room was full of character, making it feel like home.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Garden Room with its cozy decor and the delicious breakfast options each morning. I loved relaxing in the sun terrace and the garden area after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the hot water could be a bit temperamental at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

I encountered several inconveniences. The location was quite difficult to find initially, as it's hidden away in a narrow alley. This made the arrival stressful and took longer than expected. The room was small and lacked proper lighting, feel even more cramped. It was frustrating not being able to relax properly in the space provided.

The unique garden room environment captures the essence of the local culture. Just a bit tricky to find at first, but well worth the experience.

The staff here were cute, helping us explore the hutong alleys and even coordinating a dumpling-making class that was so much fun, making it a perfect base for discovering nearby attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers, which are just a short walk away.

The location was ideal, tucked in a safe neighborhood near local restaurants. Our room had a comfy mattress, private bathroom with hot shower, and air conditioning. Nice touches like a fruit basket and coffee machine were included. Breakfast was delicious, with choices like French toast and freshly brewed coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
